About Me
I am a dedicated neurobiologist with 7+ years of research experience and expertise in cell culture, stem cell differentiation, gene transfections, and in vivo AAV delivery. An enthusiastic science communicator passionate about community outreach with experience mentoring and training 12 undergraduate, master’s, and rotation students. A highly motivated scientist who thrives working both independently and collaboratively, and eager to use my skills towards bridging the gap between science and medicine and working towards developing therapeutics. Areas of expertise include aging and neurodegeneration, neuro-inflammation, and neurodevelopment.
