Using Open Space structures inspired by the Future of Work meetup group, Startups for All seeks to hold space for diverse circles of communities and networks to gather and participate in transformative dialogue to redefine and reimagine the #FutureOfWork.

We desire to hold space for new ways of gathering that foster generative ideation and community co-creation. Our hope is to move from conception to inspired individual and collective change.

<h2></h2><h2>The Invitation</h2>We invite you to join us on August 16, 17 and 18, 2023, for the second annual Reimagining Unconference: Nurturing Collective Futures, three days of conversation, collaboration and future scoping. Come as you are, join when you can, participate as you desire.Using a flexible space-holding and space-sharing format we will hold space for new ways of gathering that foster generative ideation and community co-creation. Our hope is to move from conception to inspired individual and collective change. Most of us have spent the past three years in some form of transition – whether it be work, health, relationships or with ourselves. What we know about change and transition is it’s not easy, but it can be eas-ier if you know where you’re headed. And, that’s the intention of this year’s Reimagining Unconference. To look into the future and collectively decide to nurture that future. Effectively, to set our future up for success – whatever success looks like for the collective good.What does the future look like?What does our future need to thrive?How can we nurture it?What collective actions can we take?This year’s unconference will utilize the following themes:✨Thriving Futures: share your knowledge beyond buzzwords and explore practical strategies for dismantling colonial structures and practices, reimagine inclusion and accessibility for all. Please understand, when we say UNconference, we mean it. While we do have tech support team members, no one is there to tell you which sessions to attend, how long to stay, when to come and go, etc. This space is rooted in agency and autonomy where we center voices which are less likely to be heard.This space is also influenced by the five guiding principles and one law of Open Space. These principles are simple and provide just enough structure for spontaneous discussions:<ul><li>Whoever comes are the right people.</li><li>Wherever it happens is the right place.</li><li>Whatever happens is the only thing that could have.
