I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one to recommend this team to everyone in Boston. I used NimNim for two years in Boston before moving away and have to say that the responsiveness, hands on service and flexibility are the best. The team did an incredible job of responding to every question or request I had. They learn and know exactly how you like to interact with them. For me, I just needed the problem of getting the laundry done reliably every time. They just took that off my plate and off my mind. Whenever there was a problem, the founder, Nimish personally saw to it that things are made right. With laundry service, I think the most important thing is the integrity of the service and NimNim team was a group of guys that I could trust. There are a lot of wash and fold services but at the end of the day, you want to know that there is a person behind the brand that you can trust in case you come across anything.Oftentimes because of my difficult schedule I had to miss the pick up times and the team was always so gracious to accommodate. Also unlike some of the other services that are out there, the window of times are so much more flexible. I could have her dropped off and picked up at the earliest hours or at the latest of hours.If you’re a working professional low on time, I highly highly recommend these guys.

Avoid using this company if you care about your clothes and money. I sent 2 jackets for dry cleaning, on the day scheduled for delivery, there’s no contact (no message, no phone call) to inform me that my order was delivered, only on that evening I got a system auto message that my order was delivered, but I only received one jacket back when I open the bag! The app shows the order is complete and I can only submit ticket for the missing jacket(it’s a jacket worth $1770). I submitted the ticket and the ticket has not getting any update even until now(5 days past). I also called the number from their website and no one answered. In the end I contacted the driver through the number they used when pick up and only knowing that because my jacket has some fur on the hood that is not detachable and to clean that they would need a fur expert and takes 1 week and $75 so they need permission to proceed - this is ridiculous because no one contact me to share this information and ask for permission! And they already charged me the cost for 2 jackets even knowing they didn’t clean one of them.The customer service does not exist and I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

We started using Nim Nim the day we moved to the a north end of Boston from LA. It was very very easy to get started. Their system is so transparent and the fact that they are 7 days a week was critical with my husbands travel schedule. It’s all on the app but if I ever had an issue or question I always got a call right back. Even their pick up and drop off bags were the bust. Safely covered all of our items on pick up. Others came only in plastic or flimsy small bags. It’s the little things. After a while we did try two other companies recommended by others. I was miserable. No transparency. Never knew the status of our order. Only one or 2 pick up and drop off days. After comparing, Nim Nim was far and above the best way to handle dry cleaning. We had been going to the same dry cleaner in LA for 20 years. They are awesome and treat us like royalty. Moving to Boston was a big change for us. Giving up those little things was hard. How in the heck are we going to find a good dry cleaner!? But when we found Nim Nim as soon as we moved in, I was immediately encouraged that we would have folks there to watch our back as we got used to downtown living. At least try them. Very very easy to get started. Once you do I believe you will keep using them.

I’ve been using NimNim since I moved the the South End about 3 years ago. They are set up so that the exchange is done with the concierge in my building which works fantastic for my busy schedule and I am have peace of mind regarding the pick up/ drop off when I am not home. The quality is awesome. They do a terrific job and have an excellent turn around. I recall only 1 occurrence where a jacket of mine still had a stain remaining on it post dry cleaning and I emailed NimNim and they took care of it by not charging me an additional fee and having me include the jacket in the next pick up (they were able to remove the stain on top of it). This is an excellent company, very tech forward, timely, and extremely convenient for the busy progressional. I highly recommend using them!
