Job Description
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) play a key role in supporting client needs and maintaining positive relationships throughout the season. This position involves assisting clients with general inquiries, providing helpful information, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use web-based tools and systems to assist with client inquiries and account information
Provide information about self-service tools, member resources, and wellness programs
Call on campaigns for delinquent accounts monthly to support retention and compliance
Participate in the Better You Rewards campaign and other outreach efforts as assigned by the manager
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services
Identify and resolve client account issues or inconsistencies
Perform outbound calls to clients as directed by management
Escalate client concerns when needed for further support
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Perform general office and customer service duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Florida state health insurance license (Active 2-15 or 2-40)
Prior customer service or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers, basic office software, and online platforms
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Ability to multitask and work independently when needed
