Right Back
Where I'm From

The place is Long Beach, California. The date is sometime in the late 1980s. The band, well the band consisted of three guys and a Dalmatian who would change the way many listen to music. This is the day Sublime was born -- The day Bud Gaugh, Bradley James Nowell and Eric Wilson got together in a small garage and started to jam - putting in motion what would become a Long Beach, and world-wide, legacy.

They wrote some tracks, drank some beer & smoked some sensimilla, started a record label, drank some beer & smoked some sensimilla, recorded an album, then most likely had another drink or two before unleashing it onto the streets. For years they travelled all over, irritating unfortunate promoters and selling discs where ever they could.

Sublime has always been much more than just music. It is everything to everyone: a culture, a revolution, a lifestyle, and a family.
