Attendee Contact Information<\/h2>\n

We do not share attendee contact information. We have been told by sponsors and exhibitors that they have been approached with offers to purchase our attendee contact list. Be aware that any such offer is a scam<\/strong>. Such a list is not available. Update<\/span>: We\u2019ve been informed that some scammers are now identifying themselves as CppCon conference officials.<\/p>\n

Billing Terms<\/h3>\n

Invoice terms are, payment in full in 15 days, but if payment is not in full by 10 business days before the start of the conference, a 15% late fee is required. The 10 business day deadline applies without regard to the date of invoice. (If the invoice is sent within 10 business days of the start of the conference, the 15% late fee applies automatically.)<\/span><\/p>\n

Invoices paid by credit card incur an additional 3% processing fee.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/h4>\n

In the event of a cancellation, sponsorship\/exhibiting fees can be refunded according to the following schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Material intended for the registration package must arrive at least by the last business day before registration<\/em>. Signage will be posted if it arrives later, but clearly there is greater value to the sponsor if it arrives\u00a0at least the day before registration, so that it can be displayed for the entire conference.<\/b><\/p>\n

Return shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have material that you know you’ll be shipping back at the conclusion of the conference, we recommend that you print the return shipping label when printing the shipping label to the Gaylord Rockies.<\/p>\n

Sponsorship Details<\/h2>\n

Exhibiting<\/h3>\n

No sponsorship level includes registrations or exhibitor privileges. At CppCon these are separate. For us “sponsoring” is about recognition and “exhibiting” is about engagement and interaction. Keeping these separate allows companies to choose for themselves the correct level of each.<\/p>\n

Conference Approval<\/h3>\n

In this document the term \u201cwith<\/em> conference approval\u201d means that sponsors and\/or potential sponsors must inform the conference in advance of the nature of the material and where appropriate, show us a copy. \u201cSubject<\/em> to conference approval\u201d means that we are giving the sponsor the benefit of the doubt sight unseen, but reserve the right to not use\/distribute the material once we see it.<\/p>\n
