We have been told by sponsors and exhibitors that they have been approached with offers to purchase our attendee contact list. Be aware that <strong>any such offer is a scam<\/strong>. Such a list is not available. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Update<\/span>: We\u2019ve been informed that some scammers are now identifying themselves as CppCon conference officials.<\/p>\n<h2>Details for both Sponsorship and Exhibiting<\/h2>\n<h3>Billing Terms<\/h3>\n<p>Invoice terms are, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">payment in full in 15 days, but if payment is not in full by 10 business days before the start of the conference, a 15% late fee is required. The 10 business day deadline applies without regard to the date of invoice. Material is subject to approval by the conference.<\/p>\n<h3>Icon and link on website<\/h3>\n<p>Some sponsorship levels are allowed an icon and link for the conference website. These will be displayed in a way that reflect the sponsorship level. Some levels include a custom message for the <a href=\"https:\/\/cppcon.org\/sponsors\/\">Sponsors page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/cppcon.org\/sponsors\/\">Sponsors page<\/a> also contains a list of Supporting Companies which includes both sponsors and exhibitors.<\/p>\n<h3>In-kind Sponsorships<\/h3>\n<p>In-kind sponsorships (tee shirts, books, and other swag) are with conference approval and must not be detracting from the conference\u2019s credibility and professionalism. Some sponsorship levels will have in-kind rights. Sponsors that are only interested in in-kind sponsorships will negotiate the level of financial support depending on the nature of the swag.<\/p>\n<h3>Registration packet<\/h3>\n<p>Some sponsorship levels allow for the provision of fliers or other materials for insertion into the registration package.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These are subject to conference approval.<\/li>\n<li>Fliers are single pages which may be printed front and back.\n<ul>\n<li>Up to letter size or A4 if flat<\/li>\n<li>Up to legal size or A3 if tri-fold or otherwise folded to be less than letter size<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Brochures are multi-pages (up to four sheets letter size or A4) and either folded or stapled.<\/li>\n<li>Material other than fliers or brochures must be approved in advance by the conference.<\/li>\n<li>All material for the registration package must arrive by at least the day before registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sponsor Job Board<\/h3>\n<p>If you are looking to recruit people into your organization, then we can post your job ads on the Sponsor Jobs Board channel in the CppCon Discord. At the start of the lunch session on the first day we will post your job adverts to the jobs board.<\/p>\n<h3>Signage<\/h3>\n<p>Posters (up to 2\u2019 x 3\u2019 or 0.6 m x 1 m \u2013 in either orientation) and banners (larger than posters) will be displayed in conference public areas. Material is subject to approval by the conference.<\/p>\n<h3>Dedicated page<\/h3>\n<p>Some sponsorship levels include a dedicated webpage on the cppcon.org website. Our goal is to maximize exhibitor-attendee engagement to the benefit of both.<\/p>\n<p>Assignment of specific locations is determined by type of exhibiting (table or booth), number of exhibitor days, and date of exhibitor commitment. Exhibitors are presented a choice of booth\/table location based on this ordering and have two business days to select. If the two business days have elapsed, we\u2019ll select the location that we feel is most favorable.<\/p>\n<p>Note: Because priority is given to exhibitors that exhibit for more days, it is possible for location selection to be \u201cbumped\u201d due to a later arriving exhibitor that is exhibiting for more days. Exhibitor registrations, which are not entitled to attend sessions (except Open Content sessions), are bundled with booth\/table rental based on rental days, as specified in this table. Additional staffing registrations are available at a fee. Requests for sponsorships or exhibiting made shortly before the conference <strong><em>will<\/em><\/strong> incur this fee. We cannot guarantee exhibitor acceptance after 10 business days before the conference.<\/p>\n<h4>Sponsorship<\/h4>\n<p>We&#8217;ve not established a hard deadline for sponsorship, however, since much of the value of a sponsorship is visibility on the website and in emails to attendees, the sooner you sponsor, the more valuable your sponsorship.<\/p>\n<p>Some sponsorship benefits may not be provided for late sponsorships. For example, the schedule app splash screen requires significant lead time.<\/p>\n<p>Sponsors that wish to add literature or swag of any kind to the registration packets must inform us of this fact (at\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5;\" href=\"mailto:sponsorship@cppcon.org\">sponsorship@cppcon.org<\/a>) by three weeks before conference registration.<\/p>\n<p>All materials intended for distribution at registration must arrive at the Gaylord Rockies Resort &amp; Convention Center by the last business day before registration.<\/p>\n<h4>Exhibiting<\/h4>\n<p>We&#8217;ve also not established a hard deadline for exhibiting.
