- Corrected a problem where the mark printing function (used by the mappings `<leader>m+` and `<leader>m+=`) did not correctly handle marks set beyond the end of the file (this can happen!). Now explicitly indicates if the mark is beyond the end of the file
- In the same mark printing function, improved the layout of list of marks
- Corrected a problem with initialisation when the 'multi marks' feature is enabled - this was a bug I introduced when I split the autoload files up - I can only assume nobody has used 'multi marks' up to now :-)
