What’s the best way to handle this inventory tracking problem?

So I have two versions of the same product (online and pos) that are at different prices but have the same sku. I need all my inventory at my headquarters but sales made at individual locations deduct from the inventory at HQ.

I cannot consolidate locations (as I need the separate data) and I cannot doll out inventory to each individual location (as at that point I’m just doing it by hand)

Just hit my first 50k month, not sure where to go from here.

As the title says. Just got my first 50k month after about 6 years of running my store. No ad spend just pure SEO and google traffic.

Paying myself more money then I ever dreamed. Finally stopped juggling bills. Currently working from home, making decent money with a great work life balance.

What’s the problem then? Well I’ve hit a wall, I’m working 40 hours a week from my garage and have completely run out of storage. I can’t grow anymore from my current location, and I also can’t take a break longer than a weekend, like ever.

My options from here are stay where I’m at, optimise for profit and live with the fact that this is as big as I can get, and I will never be able to take a holiday expcept public holidays.

Or I can rent a warehouse, hire an employee and spend my time focusing 100% on proactively growing the business instead of just fulfilling orders as I am now. I know the potential for growth but am also scared of the overheads.

I have zero experience running a business before this, I used to cut grass for a living. But I do know that if I rent a warehouse and hire an employee while keeping my current revenue, my income will drop drastically, it’s only viable if I can 2x my current turnover.

I’m torn which way to go, anyone else been in this situation and what did you choose and why?

Shopify chargeback — customer claims she was charged twice, but there were actually 2 separate orders. Do I have a good case?
Shopify chargeback — customer claims she was charged twice, but there were actually 2 separate orders. Do I have a good case?

I got a chargeback on Shopify where the customer claims she was charged twice for the same purchase.
The situation is:
She placed 2 separate orders, about 5 minutes apart
Each order was $134
Both orders have their own separate order numbers
The orders contain separate items
All the customer/shipping information is the same on both orders
I provided Shopify with screenshots of both separate orders as evidence
Both orders were shipped together in the same package using the same tracking number
The package was just delivered, and I have the delivery/tracking information
The customer is claiming one of the $134 charges was a duplicate
Shopify is currently showing the chargeback as $149 ($134 + $15 fee) and it’s in review
I already submitted my evidence
My reasoning is that even though both orders were shipped together under the same tracking number and have the same customer/shipping information, they were still two separate orders placed by the customer about 5 minutes apart, each for $134.
Do you guys think this is a strong case for me? Has anyone had a similar duplicate-charge chargeback where the customer placed two separate orders but they were shipped together?
Also, roughly how long did it take you to get a decision after submitting your evidence?
