Actor. He was a member of Max Reinhardt's celebrated troupe of actors. He made his film debut in "Der Richter von Zalamea." Most famous for his role as Count Orlok in Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau's "Nosferatu - Eine Symphonie des Grauens." Appeared in "Der Tunnel" and many other films. He was married to an actress named Fanny Schreck-Normann.

Gravesite Details

The original gravestone had been removed. It was not until 2011 that it was decided to restore the grave as a grave of honor and to place a stele on the spot where the urn is located.
