My daughter, girl friend and I recently had dinner here. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I had garlic French fries and an excellent chicke...n dish that I totally enjoyed.

We each enjoyed our delicious dinners and highly recommend this recently opened restaurant.

Btw, the restaurant offers a three course $35 Community Table Dinner which we will try next time.
Oh yes - we will be going back to The Kitchen Community Restaurant.

Pretty dreamy summer morning in Chicago's Leland Learning Garden! School's out, but gardening is on, with weekly visits to the garden.

Today, a neighborhood community organizer and garden lead harvested a ton of summer crops, learned about edible weeds and squash blossom rot. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork

"Scientific research suggests that getting up close and personal with dirt can improve children’s mental and physical health.
