Website help
- Who can I contact with an enquiry?

- How do I update my details?
When logged in, follow the update your details link in the main navigation.
- How do I find my password?
Follow the log in link and from there the 'Get password/User ID' link.
- How do I change my password?
Log in and use the change password form accessible from the 'Update your details' link.
- What is my alumni membership number?
You cannot register without your alumni membership number. You'll find this on the front of the alumni update form you receive with your copies of our alumni magazine, Nonesuch, and any emails you receive from the Alumni Relations team. If you do not know your alumni membership number, please email alumni-web@bristol.ac.uk with your name, year of graduation, date of birth and current address.
