District 9 Welcomes New Director PDF Print

District 9 - Welcomes New Director -  Denton County Fresh Water Supply District #9 welcomed a new Director to the Board of Directors and thanked the outgoing Director for service to the Community.

Elizabeth Army ran uncontested in her bid to join the Board of Directors and joined the Board in April.  Elizabeth and her family have been involved with the Providence Community for several years.  Her experience as the HOA Sports Committee Chair and Advisory Board Membership, as well as her involvement with the Youth & Families Committee will bring great new perspective to the District.

The District also recognized Lisa Garcia at the HOA Annual meeting for her years of service to the District on the Board of Directors.  Lisa made numerous contributions to the District through her involvement on the Trash/Recycling, Fire Department and School District sub-committees.  Her knowledge and dedication will be greatly missed.

John Mitchell, President of District #9, also ran uncontested in his re-election bid for the 2010 election cycle.
