Jacob Radcliff, född 20 april 1764 i Rhinebeck i provinsen New York, död 6 maj 1844 i Troy i delstaten New York, var en amerikansk jurist och politiker (federalist).[1] Han var New Yorks borgmästare 1810–1811 och 1815–1818.[2]
Radcliff efterträdde 1810 DeWitt Clinton som New Yorks borgmästare och efterträddes 1811 av företrädaren Clinton. Han tillträdde 1815 på nytt som borgmästare och efterträddes 1818 av Cadwallader D. Colden.[3]
Radcliff Avenue i Bronx har uppkallats efter Jacob Radcliff. Det finns ett antal gator uppkallade efter New Yorks borgmästare i grannskapet.[4]
