I had a wonderful conversation today with the team at Cloudera, and with Dennis Duckworth specifically. It was a great discussion about where the market is heading and why Cloudera’s strategy is lining up so well with what enterprises need right now. What stood out to me is that Cloudera’s alliance with Dell Technologies, combined with its strong focus on data management and integration in support of AI systems, is exactly the right move. As more organizations work to operationalize AI, the winners will be the companies that understand AI is only as good as the data foundation behind it. Cloudera clearly gets that. I also stopped by their booth today, which had a great position right up front, and it was good to see the visibility and energy around their presence. That kind of placement matched the importance of the conversation they’re having with the market. My take: these guys are well positioned to see strong demand in both the short and long term. The need for better-managed, better-integrated data environments to support enterprise AI is only going to grow. #AI #DataManagement #DataIntegration #EnterpriseAI #Cloudera #DellTechnologies #DigitalTransformation

AI ambition is accelerating, but data readiness is still falling behind. While 85% of organizations say they have a well-defined data strategy, 79% still struggle to access data across environments, and only 18% report fully governed data. The path to real AI outcomes starts with trusted, accessible data. Explore AI Anywhere: The Rise of the Data-Ready Enterprise: https://bit.ly/4wMoUXI
