Our guest services staff is here to assist you with general inquiries about Navy Pier and nearby attractions. The guest services desk is located at the front of Navy Pier between Giordano’s and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Additional guest services kiosks are located near Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville/West Garage Parking Door 1 and near West Garage Parking Door 5. Guest Service staff can be identified by a navy blue shirt and khakis. You may speak with a Guest Services staff members during operating hours by calling 1-312-595-PIER (7437). Our hotline number is accessible during operating hours at 1-312-595-5155.

Where are the closest restrooms?

The closest restrooms to the main entrance of Navy Pier are located in the Family Pavilion. The women’s restroom is located to the left of Faces in Focus. The men’s is to the right near the entrance of McDonald’s. Additional restrooms are located by Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville Bar & Grill in the new food experience, in Pier Park, by Riva Restaurant, by Billy Goat, by Entrance 2, and by the Aon Grand Ballroom. During events, restrooms are open in Festival Hall.

Where can I get a cab?

Throughout the day, cabs are typically parked along North Streeter Drive (just south of Navy Pier’s building). You can also request a cab and both entrance 1 and 2.
