I don't want to be a goat

I am a mountain goat. This rather dispiriting news came to me via an online personality test that I took last weekend, which was entitled 'What animal are you'? Thinking nothing of it, I decided to take the test as a lark of sorts.

Keystone plays part in oil world's big shift

While American senators were voting down legislation Tuesday that would permit the Keystone XL pipeline to be built in the U.S., two Americans were in Ottawa for the Canadian launch of a task force that wants to strengthen the energy relationship among Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
