The Megamall
Times Square Megamall will be the first premier and the largest shopping mall in Bintulu. It is strategically located along the prime and established residential hub along the Tun Hussein Onn Road.
Its vicinities include commercial centre, industrial area and education hub.
Education Hub likes University Putra Malaysia, Bintulu Bandar Secondary School, Kai Tee Chinese High School, Sebiew Primary School. Near by Commercial Centres like Sebiew, Medan Jaya and Medan Raya. Industrial Area likes Petronas, Shell, Bintulu Port, Kidurong Heavy Industrial Estate and Kemena Industrial Estate.
The whole project development concept is sprawling 65 acres of land that will be developed into residential and commercial urban centre. The first phase contains 400 units residential houses. The second phase offers commercial complexes.

In year 1994, Chieng Chuang Construction Sdn Bhd was established in Bintulu, Sarawak. With a track records of more than 18 years.
