Every qualified buyer, found

Our AI scans the full buyer universe (private equity, family offices, strategic acquirers, and individual operators) so no qualified buyer goes uncontacted. Most brokers work from a static list. We don’t.

THE ICONIC WAY

Five steps, from first call to wire.

Most owners go from first conversation to signed engagement in under two weeks, and from engagement to wire in 5–7 months, roughly half the time of a traditional brokerage process.

01
Week 1
Discovery
A confidential call with your matched advisor. No pitch deck. Just their questions and yours.
02
Weeks 2–4
Onboarding
We build your valuation, story, and buyer targeting plan on the platform. Not in a spreadsheet and a PDF.
03
Months 2–4
Go-to-market
Your advisor runs a quiet, targeted process. Your name and financials stay redacted until NDA.
04
Months 4–6
Negotiation
Multiple offers, structured against your priorities: price, timeline, employee continuity, earnout shape, not just top-line.
05
Months 5–7
Fund & close
We manage diligence, legal, and close alongside your attorney and CPA. You sign once. The wire hits. You exhale.

FAQ

Everything owners ask us in the first 10 minutes.

I’m not ready yet. Can I still talk to someone?

Yes. Most of our best sellers start 12–24 months before they engage. You can explore with us for years. No pressure, no chase calls, no salespeople. Start with our monthly market update, or take our 60-second readiness score.

What does Iconic actually cost?

A tiered success fee that scales with deal size. Smaller deals pay a higher percentage, larger deals pay a lower one. You owe nothing until we close. We’ll walk you through exact numbers for your specific deal on the first call, and we’ll tell you the truth even if we’re not the cheapest option in your market.

How is Iconic different from a traditional broker?

Same job, different equipment. Our advisors work off a purpose-built platform (seller dashboard, live comp data, buyer CRM, data room) that a franchise-office broker simply doesn’t have. The platform makes the advisor faster and sharper, which is why our median close is 5.2 months instead of the industry 9–12.

How do you protect my confidentiality?

Three ways. First, your business name never appears in a public listing or on BizBuySell. Second, buyers see a blind teaser and must sign a confidentiality agreement before any identifying information is shared. Third, we work with you on a per-employee, per-customer disclosure plan so nothing leaks on your team’s side. This is engineered-in, not promised.

My business is under $1M in revenue. Can you still help?

Sometimes. Our sweet spot is $3M–$20M revenue, but we regularly take sub-$1M Main Street deals when the chemistry and economics make sense. If we don’t think we’re the right firm for you, we’ll tell you honestly and point you to a trusted Main Street partner. We’d rather be honest than engaged.

My business is above $25M. Are you still the right fit?

Often, yes. Our senior bench, including former Integral Capital Advisors bankers, handles sell-side mandates up into the lower-middle market. We’ll be transparent on the first call about whether we’re the right depth for your situation.

Who actually buys businesses through Iconic?

A mix. Individual operators and search funds, small PE and family offices, and strategic acquirers. No single buyer type dominates our closed deals, which is a feature, not a bug. We match your business to whichever buyer type will pay the most for your specific situation, not whoever walks in the door first.

How long until I’d actually be talking to someone?

A real advisor responds within 1 business day, usually within 2 hours during business hours. On submit, you’ll see exactly who your matched advisor is (name, photo, track record) and get a personal welcome email from them within a minute. No BDR queues, no account executives, no Calendly tossed at you without context.

Can I pick a different advisor than the one you match me to?

Yes. We match you to one named advisor because that’s concierge, not marketplace. But if you’d prefer someone else on our bench, you can request a different advisor from any of their bio pages. No pushback, no friction.

What happens on the first call?

A 20-minute structured conversation. Your advisor introduces themselves, you walk through your business and why you’re exploring, we share a valuation range with methodology, we walk you through the process, and we talk about what would happen next if this felt right. No pressure to sign anything on the call. The first call’s only job is to earn a second call.
