    This device maybe over stating it’s power capability somewhat, it will charge a phone extremely rapidly a it will most any lower current draw device… but it struggles with higher power laptops. I do not have a tool to measure it capacity but a laptop that needs a 90w power supply states it is running on a lower power / diminished capacity charge on it charge state interface.! So it will charge but slower that the 90w charger the laptop comes with.
    Note - we have two Dell Precisions an XPS 17 & an Inspiron16. Only the Inspiron is happy on this charger.
    BUT, it is extremely well made and the USB-C interfaces are firm and positive
