Physical dimensions wise, it meets all the advertised specs at 2.7" x 2.7" x 1.3", for 100W its small! It's my new favorite travel charger.
It has 3x USB-C ports and one USB-A port. They are labeled "USB-C1", "USB-C2", "USB-C3" and "USB-A".
All ports provide some sort of USB-PD, but I'm mainly interested in the 3 USB-C ports. Does anyone use USB-A charging devices anymore?
I have created a chart below to easily explain the power output (ignoring USB-A port):
one port | two ports | three ports
C1: 100 | 30/65 | 30
C2: 100 | 65 | 45
C3: 22.5 | 22.5 | 22.5
A: - | - | -
(1) When one port is in use, C1 or C2 provides 100W max each. C3 provides 22.5W max.
(2) When two ports are in use, C1+C2 provides 30W+65W. C1+C3 provides 65W+22.5W. C2+C3 provides 65W+22.5W.
(3) When three ports are in use, C1+C2+C3 provides 30W+45W+22.5W.
So as you can see, C2 is the "priority" port. Always use this port first when you have 1 device connected. If you have a 2nd device that needs more than 22.5W, then connect it to C1, and you will get 30W (C1) + 65W (C2). Finally, connect your 3rd device to C3, which will yield 30W (C1), 45W (C2), 22.5W (C3).
(-1 star) The listing shows that C1 is the priority port. That's not true in my unit, C2 is the priority unit. You can see this because when both C1 and C2 is connected, C2 gets 65W while C1 only gets 35W. My unit also looks slightly different than the one shown in the listing. Maybe I got an updated version? Either way, the company should update their listing to show C2 as the priority port. Otherwise it's misleading to the consumer.
Finally, note that that there is a brief 1-2 second pause when a new device is connected to a port, or a device is disconnected from a port. During this pause, the max amps on the USB-PD power rails for each port are remapped, which applies the new shared power limit as shown in my table above (to stay under the total 100W max). This is completely normal and cannot be avoided. I don't see this as an issue for charging devices, but it may be an issue if your connected device simply cannot lose power (e.g. non-battery backed up devices).

This is the second UGREEN power adaptor I own and both are great performers. Prior to this I only bought Anker, which has slightly dipped on the quality side the past 2 years. UGREEN is also a slightly more affordable option.
The only issue is keeping up with which ports get how much power. Basically, it's like the top port gets the most power, the next one down gets less (65W then 35W if I remember correctly), and if you plug other stuff in as well, all the ports get somewhat less power. Not a huge problem.
Update: contacted customer service and they worked everything out. Product port C1 was defective and they offered a full refund. Excellent customer service and I look forward to using my credit toward more of their products.
UPDATE: I have increased the score to recognize the company's care for customer satisfaction, as they were happy to issue a refund even this far after the normal return period in order to compensate me for the product not being usable at the power draw that I bought it for. I've dealt with other consumer goods companies that just tell you to get lost in cases such as this one and only deal with product issues in the case of an outright failure. I cannot go to the highest scoring levels because the product does have issues at its highest rated power level, but good customer service is worth points.
I don’t think this is a product defect I think I should’ve bought 150 W instead of 100 W being is how I needed 100 W!
Good product!
