Youth in Sierra Leone to get job training

The UN agency for migration IOM will promote a project to train 2,000 youths in Sierra Leone funded by the Japanese government to provide market-driven training and fight unemployment and migration.

Germany is now second largest UNHCR donor

For the first time, Germany has become the second largest donor to the UN refugee agency UNHCR. With a total of 477 million US dollars in aid in 2017, it contributed more than the European Union who came in third place.
