    This pic of the line to the Everest summit has gotten a lot of attention, but apparently many news orgs/photo agencies haven’t given credit to the photog . He also hasn’t been paid for it. He risked his life to take this photo...he had to take his gloves off at 29k feet!

    Sad that agencies are using my photo without credit or sign of payment.Risked my life to get it & took my gloves off in freezing cold to take this. It’s UNFAIR & UNPROFESSIONAL for these big agencies to use it without asking when they know is short of funding

    Despite the photo to be seen to the world has not received a penny. Had asked to credit accordingly tied in with appropriate use of photo for news only. Why not have the exclusive on the rest of the journey for £500,000.
