MAT 2012

MAT 2012 - Management Aptitude Test is an All India Entrance Examination for admission into MBA and Post Graduate Diploma programs offered by different institutes. MAT 2012 is conducted by Centre for Management Services (CMS) of All India Management Association (AIMA).

Management Institutes which offer admission to Post Graduate management courses are AICTE (All Indian Council for Technical Education) approved and affiliated to universities for award of degree and certificates. MAT – Management Aptitude Test has the unique distinction of being the first to be awarded with ISO 9001: 2000 Certification.

The MAT Testing Services of AIMA are in place since 1988 facilitating academia, industry and governments to screen and select candidates for higher studies, recruitment, promotion, etc. MAT is approved by Ministry of HRD, GOI as a National Entrance Test.

MAT 2012 is offered in two ways-

• MAT 2012 Online Test – MAT 2012 Computer Based Test (CBT)
• MAT 2012 Paper Based Test (PBT)

It’s the individual choice whether one wish to write MAT 2012 PBT or MAT 2012 CBT

MAT 2012 Exam Dates

PAPER BASED TEST

• Test Date: 05 February 2012 (Sunday)
• Test Timings: 10.00am-12.30pm
• Reporting Time at the Test Centre: 0900 Hrs

COMPUTER BASED TEST

• Test Date: 11 February 2012 (Saturday) onwards (If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test is limited and can be accommodated in a single day; the test will be completed on 11 February 2012 itself.)
• Last Date for Online Registration: 17 January 2012 (Tuesday)
• Last Date for receipt of filled in Online Registration Form at AIMA, New Delhi: 19 January 2012 (Thursday)
• Last Date For sale of Forms: 17 January 2012 (Tuesday)
• Test Timing: In different Time slots at specific test venues

MAT 2012 Eligibility Criteria

Graduate students who have completed 3 or 4 year of graduate college or who are in the final year of any such program are eligible to apply for MAT 2012.
