Hi Sumitra,My self Sushant. Though i m younger to you but i know a few about your querry. Distnace course in PTT is offered by IGNOU. At the same time you can do a certificate programme in PTT through American TESOL Institue. There web site is www.teachertrainingindia.com. you can contact there for further information.
