XAT 2012 - XLRI Admission Test is competitive examination conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur India for admission into management programs. Students, who have completed college degree course/under graduate degree program of 3 years or 4 years duration writes XAT Entrance Examination.

On the basis of Score in XAT candidates are called for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). XAT is national level examination conducted for post graduate management admission across India.

XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the entrance exam date and registration date for XAT 2012 Exam. XAT 2012 is going to be held on Sunday, January 8, 2012. The registration process for XAT 2012 will start from Tuesday, September 20, 2011. The application fee will remain the same as last year, which is Rs. 900.

XLRI has announced that XAT will remain a paper pencil based test like the erstwhile years in order to ensure a fair test for all. The number of branches for the registration for XAT and for applying to XLRI would be significantly increased.

Ideal preparation for XAT should include a daily touch with all the concepts and mock test under time constraints. That will allow the candidates to test themselves in a more realistic setting and improve on their short-comings.
