    Love, love, love this show

    We switch over from NCIS (both) to watch parenthood. There's not a dull moment. Lots of things happening on there that we can relate to. I really hope it doesn't get cancelled. We've grown to love all the characters on the show and look forward to it. I'm having withdrawals with the 6 week hiatus of the show. Craig Nelson... more is perfect as the head of the family. I do think it would have a better rating if it were put in a different time slot. How can anything with Ron Howard's name on it, fail?

    I LOVE! this show!!!! My husband and I tape it every week(so we won't!miss it) and sooo... look forward to... more watching it!(: It is my absolute favoite show!It's one full hour but it seems like ten or fifteen min's long! I just can't get enough of it!

    We all love it my husband and I AND! my three boys!It so helps with parenting!But even if you have no children or not even married it still helps you in every in every day life situations! One minute you're laughing and the next you have tears in your eyes.It's very touching! When they thought about taking it off the... more air I was devastated! I look forward to this time every week!! I just PRAY! they NEVER! cancel this show!! I can't believe my husband feels the same!! Believe me that's UNUSUAL!! If you have never watched this before give it a chance. You won't regret it! It's an AWESOME show!!! ENJOY!(:

    i am watching this show from germany and i like to say - this show is awesome - and a good example for what a family can do!! every week i can´t wait for the tuesday and i watch 27 american and english series, but this one keeps me laughing and crying and waiting for the next one.............

    Usually I would cross it off my watch list and move on. The adults are shallow and the kids are melodramatic. I don't know why I haven't stopped watching. I guess it feels like the show is on the cusp of being interesting and I keep giving it more chances. So far it seems like Adam and his flawed dad... more are the only normal adults. But I don't like any of the others. The kids are okay and the Asberger's issue is interesting. But otherwise they seem melodramatic. Of course, that could be just an adult's view of teen issues.

    I"m back and forth about this show. I sometimes love it, sometimes I'm really annoyed with it. They deal with some real stuff in a real way but they talk and talk and talk. Not normal kind of talk, but PC, "I respect you and won't hurt you" kinda talk. Real families don't chatter on like this. Not the families... more I know, anyway. The nervous energy this constant talk causes the characters makes me nervous too and is that something I want at the end of the day? Still, I think there is lots of possibilities here and I like that this extended family seems to be moral, hardworking and committed. That's something we don't see too often on TV.
