Introduction

The Global GLAM Calls are monthly gatherings for anyone and everyone interested in GLAM Wiki activities. The calls are supported by the Wikimedia Content Partnerships Hub and the Wikimedia Foundation Content Enablement Team. The community uses telegram for communication and planning.

New Commons Upload Possibilities (re)discovered during the NW EU Hackathon

We’ve rediscovered the option of using a “waiting area” for Commons uploads, enabling a modular system where different tools handle different workflow steps. I’d like to share what we’ve learned from this approach and explore new opportunities and needs for Commons upload tools.
