Auxiliary Services provides  quality dining services, a campus bookstore and market, residential housing, meeting and hospitality services, as well as a Road Scholar program.

We provide accurate reporting to management, trustees, regents, legislators, auditors and others who may have a vested interest in the financial activity or health of the University.

We produce quality-centralized academia and event scheduling, guest services, event production, and ticketing services.

Facility Management’s mission is to efficiently operate, maintain, and improve campus facilities in support of University programs by providing a safe, clean, attractive, and friendly environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

The Human Resources Office supports the University mission of quality education, culture of values, and culture of community by providing integral services to the university community, including employment, compensation, and university policies.

We address IT challenges and opportunities through central planning, policies, and operations under the Chief Information Officer.

We provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the operations of UT.

We provide objective, accurate and timely information, analysis and advice for the decision-making and resource allocation process.

We will reimagine and transcend safety culture by elevating University safety best practices and enterprise risk management. Everyone is safer through campus engagement, collaboration, and community partnerships. We commit to proactive excellence in synergistic risk management, police protection and fire prevention, facility scheduling and parking services, and health and safety.
