🇺🇦 A Ukrainian boy, a child, walking alone down a road, crying, trying to escape the war. Keep that image in your head the next time you blame #Ukraine for what Russia started. ☝️ This is the backdrop. This is the context. It is against this backdrop that we judge you as a human being. Both your action and inaction. And this is also why we will never give up. Not in 2026 or beyond. #StandWithUkraine
This breaks my heart each and every time I see this video, as much as it did the first time it was posted 💔
I always wonder who is filming such videos and why don't they help the boy?
Children of the 21st century deserve better, no matter where they cry.
🥲 💔
If this touches something in you that is our common humanity, please do something about it that really matters. Now. If it doesn't elicit that response in you, I cannot fathom why.
Russia invaded Ukraine to end the war Russia leaves Ukraine. Or Europe realises as Trump knows Putin will want more ware. Europe allows Ukraine to recruit mercenary army from Europe there many ex service personnel in Europe with a set of special skills that will reinforce Ukraine in 2026.
Slava Ukraini
The saddest thing ever. War sucks! ✌️

for the context, these were the first weeks of the full scale invasion in 2022. No one knew how things would turn out. There were rusian armor in Kyiv 'burbs, shootings. Survival of the Ukrainian state hang on the very thin thread. Every day living in freedom was celebrated. Another iconic picture that's a novel unto itself from the same time frame.
