Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Office Clerk to assist with daily administrative and office support tasks. This position helps maintain organized records, supports communication with customers and staff, and contributes to smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general office and administrative tasks
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
Assist with scheduling appointments and updating calendars
Enter and update customer and project information accurately
Support communication between office staff and project teams
Assist with email correspondence and data entry tasks
Minimum Requirements
Previous office, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge, including email and Microsoft Office
