We’re partnered with a fast-growing energy technology company that is helping large commercial and industrial customers improve operational efficiency, reduce energy costs, and modernize critical infrastructure systems.
As the company continues to scale, they are looking to appoint a Director of Engineering to lead technical project execution, engineering operations, and team development across a growing portfolio of complex infrastructure projects.
This is a highly visible leadership role offering the opportunity to shape engineering strategy, improve scalable processes, and play a central role in the next phase of company growth. Key Responsibilities
• Lead engineering execution across large-scale commercial and industrial infrastructure projects
• Oversee technical delivery from assessment and design through implementation and optimization
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Serve as a senior technical resource for both customers and internal stakeholders
• Improve engineering workflows, scalability, and project execution standards
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and leadership teams on growth initiatives and project delivery
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience within industrial infrastructure, building systems, automation, energy systems, or related technical environments.
You should be comfortable leading teams, managing technically complex projects, and operating within a fast-paced growth-stage business where collaboration and adaptability are critical.
Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to bridge technical and operational priorities will be important for success in this role.
