Today I want to consider the unfairly forgotten tool #LearningCanvas. It is one of those canvases which are not just templates to write down the information, but a facilitation guide. Originally designed to get workers together who shared an interest in the same subject, but were from different backgrounds or from different organizations. But also it could be a fresh format for an Agile Retrospective. https://lnkd.in/eFhvaRDt #Facilitation

Long-lived Scrum teams very often meet with the situation when they resolve all problems that they can. In this case, the team could be frustrated about the usefulness of Sprint Retrospectives because these don’t help and just waste time. When you have this challenge, you could try Agile Futurespective instead of the Retrospective. In Retrospective, you see back in past and try to understand what we can do better. Bun in Futurespective you see forward in the future and think about what you want to achieve in the effectiveness and quality of your work. It is a different perspective and it could uncover your team’s hidden potential. Today we with Agile Gatherings will give you a common plan for most Futurespectives and several Agile Futurespective formats which I like https://lnkd.in/eYXEnGwx #AgileCoachin #ScrumMastering #AgileRetrospective #Facilitation #AgileFuturespective

As Agile Coaches, we spend most of our time supporting others – but who supports us? In the emotionally demanding world of facilitation and transformation, it’s easy to feel isolated. You hold space for retrospectives, mediate between teams and management, and act as a mirror for organizational dysfunction. But where do you reflect? Several years ago I found a great solution: #AgileIntervision. It’s a lightweight, peer-based format designed specifically for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to support each other – without hierarchy or value judgment. Agile Gatherings published my article about Agile Intervisions: https://lnkd.in/eJ_8dicC #AgileCoaching
