🔹 Exploring the Next Chapter: Non-Executive Director (NED) Opportunities 🔹 After a decade or more in senior leadership and board roles, I’m starting to reflect on how I can best contribute in the next phase of my career. My journey has taken me from military leadership in the Royal Signals, through telecoms engineering roles at Vodafone, Nokia and Ericsson, to co-founding and scaling Think Learning from a start-up into a leading provider of learning technology. As CEO, I led Think through sustained growth and ultimately a successful private equity sale and integration into Totara Learning, where I served as People & Operations Director. Along the way I’ve gained extensive boardroom and governance experience: • Serving as a Board Director and shareholder at Think for nearly a decade. • Acting as CEO during its growth and M&A process. • Leading on cyber & information security, quality and internal audits (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, Cyber Essentials Plus, NHS DSPT, PCI DSS, Carbon audit) at board level. • Leading a multi-phase, post M&A integration programme. I’ve always been motivated by enabling organisations to scale, embedding strong governance, and creating long-term value for people and investors. With this background, I’m beginning to explore Non-Executive Director (NED) opportunities where I can bring insight from growth journeys, post-M&A integration, operational excellence and AI-enabled transformation.
