In his new role, Soni will anchor workforce 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 across project and plant operations—ensuring 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 availability, labour 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, and 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 during peak construction and commissioning phases. The mandate goes beyond staffing. From contract labour 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 culture to site HR systems, dashboards, and 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 transition from project build-out to 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 operations, this role is about making 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 operationally 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 and 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆.
