4,000 people. One question: how do we make AI drive outcomes? 🤖✨
My
#Agentforce World Tour Frankfurt 🇩🇪
1. I co-hosted a Masterclass with
Ahmed Keshk — "5 Steps for Getting Started with Data 360 & Agentforce" 💥 — and we ran out of room. Every seat taken, people lining the walls, standing in the doorway. That's not a full room — that's a signal. The market is ready to move from data to real AI outcomes, and they want a concrete roadmap to get there. So that's exactly what we gave them — live demo included.
2. The day started somewhere quieter — and just as meaningful. As part of the Salesforce Women's Network leadership team, I joined
Amanda Pinder,
Kerstin Gross and
Chris Steidle for our SWN breakfast as well as
Laura Strathemann and
Daniela Gulie in the Social Impact area. These conversations don't make the big stages — but they shape the people who do.
3. Then came the Data 360 Keynote hosting a live customer interview with Hey Lou Hotels. Watching
Imke Rottschäfer and
Martin Kemmer share how Data 360 and Agentforce are transforming guest experiences in real time — from disconnected data to personalized, agentic hospitality — in front of an engaged, curious audience was a moment that stuck with me.
In between, the best part of any World Tour — the hallway moments. Catching up with colleagues I rarely get to see in person, and sitting down with customers who are at different stages of their AI journey. Some just getting started, some already seeing results. Every conversation a reminder of why this matters beyond the slides. 4,000+ attendees. 50+ sessions.
What stayed with me was the energy — leaders no longer asking "should we adopt AI?"
They're asking "how do we make AI work?" That's the question we're here to answer.
