About You

We're looking for a UI Web Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, usability, and innovation. In this role, you'll design responsive digital experiences across web, mobile, campaign microsites, and product platforms while collaborating closely with UX, development, strategy, and experimentation teams.

You'll contribute to scalable design systems, rapid prototyping efforts, and innovation initiatives that support both user needs and business goals.

About The Job

We're looking for a UI Designer who can craft intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, campaign microsites, product platforms, and interactive environments. This role combines strong visual design skills with systems thinking, rapid prototyping, and collaboration across UX, development, experimentation, and innovation teams. You'll help shape scalable digital experiences that balance creativity, usability, accessibility, and performance.

What You'll Do

Interface Design & Design Systems

• Design engaging and modern interfaces for websites, campaign microsites, landing pages, digital platforms, and interactive experiences across desktop and mobile environments
• Translate wireframes, UX flows, and information architecture into polished, high-fidelity web designs
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, UI component libraries, and web style documentation to ensure consistency across digital experiences
• Design with accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and modern web standards in mind
• Partner closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and visual consistency across browsers and devices
  
  

Prototyping & Interaction Design

• Develop interactive prototypes and responsive design mockups for stakeholder review, usability testing, and development handoff
• Collaborate on micro-interactions, motion behaviors, hover states, transitions, and interactive web elements
• Support rapid MVP and campaign design initiatives for innovation pilots and emerging digital products
• Participate in QA reviews to maintain visual integrity and user experience quality throughout implementation
  
  

Optimization, Testing & Collaboration

• Incorporate usability findings, analytics insights, and experimentation results into refined web interface solutions
• Partner with UX, strategy, and experimentation teams to design and iterate A/B test variants
• Optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused interface patterns based on performance data
• Contribute to iterative improvement cycles informed by user testing platforms (e.g., Userlytics) and experimentation tools (e.g., VWO)
  
  

Innovation & Emerging Technology

• Apply emerging technologies, including AI-powered personalization, dynamic content systems, and automation tools, into modern web experiences
• Support scalable UI frameworks and reusable web design patterns for evolving service offerings
• Stay current on web design trends, front-end capabilities, accessibility standards, and evolving browser technologies
• Contribute to innovation workshops, concept development sessions, and collaborative ideation initiatives
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• 2-5 yrs of experience in web design
• Experience in a fast paced agency setting
• The ability to explain complex concepts in easy to understand and entertaining manners to clients
• Strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of responsive web design principles and modern UI patterns
• Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, and browser-based digital experiences across multiple screen sizes and devices
• Proficiency with design systems, interaction design, prototyping tools, and developer handoff workflows
• Solid knowledge of front-end web standards, WCAG accessibility guidelines, responsive grids, and mobile-first design approaches
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript structure and the realities of front-end implementation (coding experience is a plus, not required)
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with UX, development, strategy, marketing, and innovation teams
• Solid understanding of atomic design principles and implementation
• Understanding of usability testing, experimentation, and iterative optimization practices
• Curiosity around emerging technologies, evolving digital experiences, and modern web capabilities
• A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for crafting polished, user-centered web experiences
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe CC, Adobe Firefly, and Industry standard design tools
