TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global financial services firm to hire a Compensation Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and implementation of comprehensive global compensation strategies, ensuring the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership and HR partners to ensure alignment between compensation programs and organizational goals.
  • Conducting regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company's compensation practices remain competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Providing insights on market trends and recommending adjustments to compensation structures as needed.
  • Assisting with the design of all offers, partnering closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of incentive programs tied to individual and team performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-7 years of broad-based compensation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Position pays a base salary range of $130,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a bonus.
