AssembliesAn assembly is based on RNA sequencing and, thus, represents a captured state of the organism's transcriptome at one or several timepoints. The assembly overview page offers you the possibility to explore available assemblies, to view some statistics and the list of datasets each assembly consists of and finally to select the one fitting your particular needs.
DatasetsDatasets are the corner stone of any assembly. Different datasets correspond to different developmental, regenerating or mature stages of an animal or a particular tissue and capture its transcriptome at that timepoint. On the dataset overview page you can access the detailed information about available datasets, such as their tissue of origin, diverse statistics and also view the list of assemblies a particular dataset was used for.
LibraryAlong with the assemblies there are also some sequences, which were cloned into vectors and, therefore, can be easily accessed when required for an experiment. The library overview allows you to view the list of available libraries and to select the one that suits you the best.
Transgenic linesTransgenesis is a powerful tool to explore different aspects of biological processes, to track gene expression or interaction, and also to interfere with a normal gene function in order to study its function. On the transgenic lines overview page you can explore the variety of available transgenic lines.
SearchAdditionally you can also look for a particular contig using the convenient search tool.

HelpCheck out the help section for hints on how to use the website.
Although the data can be accessed via this website sometimes it might be advantageous to access the data directly. For this purpose a set of application programming interface (API) tools, was developed. |
