At the beginning, it works. But over time, it starts to cost more and more: time, margin, control, and peace of mind. In one of the projects we led at Karpato, the company was facing exactly this challenge. Sales teams were preparing quotes in Excel. Pricing and discount rules were not always consistent. Sales, finance, and operations were working on different sets of data. And invoicing was often delayed because everything first had to be manually checked and corrected. The goal of implementing Salesforce 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 was clear: 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 — 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥, 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 — 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞? 🎯 Less improvisation. 🎯 More predictability. 🎯 Much better control over a process that directly impacts revenue. 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥. It is a way to organize the entire quote-to-cash process — from the first quote configuration to revenue recognition and billing. This ambitious project involved merging three distinct brands and entirely different sales processes into one cohesive ecosystem. As a result, Milestone's teams can now process orders faster, respond to customer inquiries more efficiently, and access all critical data in one unified platform.
