Position Overview
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help us set up and scale the internal tools and data processes that keep our fast-growing business running smoothly.
This is a great fit for a recent grad who loves solving problems with data, enjoys building tools that make teams more efficient, and is eager to work at the intersection of technology, analytics, and business operations, and wants to get hands-on experience building scalable systems from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with our engineering, operations, and leadership teams to create reports, dashboards, and automations that drive decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Setup & Automation: Implement and maintain low-code/no-code tools (such as Zapier, Asana, and CRM integrations) to improve internal efficiency and automate workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to create dashboards and reports that help track key metrics.
Process Design: Partner with operations and engineering teams to design repeatable, scalable processes that support a growing organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with engineers to connect data pipelines and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and availability for business users.
Tool Evaluation: Research and propose new tools or platforms that can simplify workflows or enhance reporting capabilities.
Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation of systems and provide training/support to team members adopting new tools or processes.
Ownership
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical or quantitative field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Basic proficiency with SQL or Excel for data analysis.
Familiarity or interest in no-code/low-code tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
A self-starter mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
