Andrew Ng
Chair of the Board and Co-Founder of Coursera
Andrew Ng is one of our co-founders and served as Co-CEO until 2014. He has served as our Chairman of the Board since our inception in 2014. Dr. Ng is a leading voice in artificial intelligence (AI) and online education. In 2013, he was named in the Time100 list of the most influential people in the world. Dr. Ng has served as Managing General Partner of AI Fund, a venture studio that supports entrepreneurs in building AI companies, since January 2018. Dr. Ng also has led DeepLearning.AI, an education technology company he founded to provide AI training, since June 2017. Dr. Ng is also the Founder of LandingAI, which provides visual AI solutions, where he has served as Executive Chairman since August 2024 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from October 2017 to August 2024. Dr. Ng has also served as the Managing Partner of AI Aspire, an advisory firm for AI strategy, since its formation in July 2025. Dr. Ng currently also serves as an adjunct professor in Computer Science at Stanford University. From April 2017 to May 2024, he was Chief Scientist at Baidu, Inc., a multinational technology company, where he led the company’s global AI strategy and infrastructure. Dr. Ng was the founding lead of the Google Brain team from 2011 to 2012. In 2011, Dr. Ng led the development of Stanford’s first massive open online course (MOOC) platform and launched an online machine learning class that reached over 100,000 students—an initiative that inspired the creation of Coursera. Since April 2024, Dr. Ng has served on the board of Amazon.com, Inc. In addition, Dr. Ng is a board member of several privately-held companies engaged in AI. Dr. Ng has authored or co-authored over 200 research papers in machine learning, robotics, and related fields. He holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, MIT, and the University of California, Berkeley.

Greg Hart
Chief Executive Officer and President
Greg Hart joined Coursera as President and CEO, and a member of the Board in February 2025, bringing over 25 years of leadership in technology-driven innovation and operational excellence. Greg previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Compass, Inc., a real estate technology company, from May 2022 to December 2023, and as its Chief Product Officer from April 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Greg held various leadership positions at Amazon.com, Inc., where he served for 23 years, including leading Amazon’s Prime Video global business, leading the Amazon Echo business, and as Technical Advisor to Jeff Bezos, Amazon’s founder and Chief Executive Officer. Since December 2024, he has served as a member of the board of directors of Bose Corporation. In addition, he serves as an unpaid advisor to Baller League GmbH. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College and is an inventor or co-inventor on 71 US patents.

Marni Baker Stein
SVP, Chief Content Officer
Marni Baker Stein is Coursera’s Senior Vice President, Chief Content Officer, where she oversees the company’s content and credential strategy and partner relationships. Marni has more than 25 years of experience in producing and scaling online and hybrid education programs. Prior to joining Coursera, she was Chief Academic Officer and Provost at Western Governors University, where she led its four colleges serving more than 135,000 students with programs that improved access and affordability without compromising academic quality. Before that, Marni held several leadership positions focused on access, student success, and program design at institutions such as the University of Texas, Columbia University, and the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alan Cardenas
SVP, General Counsel and Secretary
Alan Cardenas has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since May 2023 and served as our Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary from September 2021 to May 2023. Prior to joining Coursera, Alan served as Head of U.S. Corporate Legal for Siemens Energy, a spin-off from Siemens, from January 2020 to September 2021. Prior to Siemens Energy, he served in multiple senior roles for Siemens, a global manufacturing and technology conglomerate, from September 2008 to December 2019. During his time at Siemens, he also served as General Counsel and Secretary of the Siemens Foundation from August 2010 to February 2020. Alan started his career with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Rutgers University.

Mike Foley
SVP, Chief Financial Officer
Mike Foley has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer since November 2025. Prior to joining Coursera, Mike served as Venture Advisor to AI and technology companies at NEA from June 2024 to December 2025. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Branch Metrics, Inc., a mobile linking and attribution platform, from March 2023 to April 2024. Previously, from January 2019 to July 2021, he was the Head of Finance for Emerging Hardware and Services at Alphabet, Inc. Before his time at Google, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Unity Software, Inc. from January 2015 to September 2018. Mike also previously served as SVP, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at Electronic Arts, Inc. and as director of Corporate Development at Microsoft, Corp. He previously served as Assistant Director, Lead Advisory at Ernst & Young London. Mike holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an honors degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and an honorary doctorate in Engineering from the Glasgow Caledonian University. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Mustafa Furniturewala
SVP, Chief Technology Officer
Mustafa Furniturewala is the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Coursera. With oversight of infrastructure, data, and information technology teams, he ensures the Coursera platform operates at scale while driving innovation and efficiency in learning technology. Prior to joining Coursera in 2014, Mustafa held various engineering roles at Twitter, Evernote, and Citrix Systems. He received his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University in India.

Tim Hannan
SVP, Chief Marketing Officer
Tim Hannan is the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer at Coursera. With over 15 years of leadership experience at top consumer and enterprise marketplaces, Tim brings expertise in growing and scaling brands to the company. During his nearly five years at eHealth, Tim served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. He oversaw and optimized departments, built industry-leading digital marketing capabilities, and created a more dynamic, rapidly growing business. Previously, Tim was CMO of Ibotta, Inc., one of the nation’s top shopping apps, and held leadership positions at Trip.com, Orbitz Worldwide, and Expedia. He earned his undergraduate degree in quantitative economics and finance from Providence College and an MBA from London Business School.

Marcelo Modica
SVP, Chief People Officer
Marcelo Modica has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer since August 2024. Prior to joining Coursera, Marcelo served as Chief People Officer of OneTrust, LLC from June 2022 to August 2024. Before OneTrust, he was Chief People Officer at Robinhood Markets, Inc. from December 2020 to June 2022, and at Mercer, a consulting firm, from November 2012 to October 2020. Since April 2022, he has served as a director of Aspiriant, LLC, a wealth management firm, where he chairs the Compensation and People committee and is a member of its Finance, Audit and Risk committee. Marcelo holds a B.A. in psychology from Siena College and an M.A. in organizational psychology from Columbia University.

Grant Parsamyan
SVP, Chief Data Officer
Grant Parsamyan joined Coursera as Senior Vice President, Chief Data Officer in July 2025, bringing over two decades of experience building large-scale data platforms and leading data-driven transformations. In this role, he oversees Coursera’s global data strategy, including data engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and governance — ensuring insights, privacy, and technology are aligned to support innovations and learner success. Before Coursera, Grant served as Chief Data Officer & Information Officer at Alludo, where he led digital transformation across Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Analytics, and Cybersecurity. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at OpenTable as Senior Vice President of Data Science & Analytics. His earlier leadership roles include positions at eHarmony and Yahoo. Grant holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from the University of Southern California.

Anthony Salcito
SVP & President, Enterprise
Anthony Salcito is the Senior Vice President and President of our Enterprise segment. Anthony joined Coursera in October 2025, bringing decades of experience in global education leadership and technology-driven innovation. In this role, he leads Coursera’s Enterprise business—partnering with companies, campuses, and governments worldwide to help employees, students, and citizens gain critical, job-relevant skills to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Prior to Coursera, Anthony served as Chief Institution Business Officer at Nerdy (Varsity Tutors), where he worked with institutions and educators to deliver tutoring, test prep, and enrichment solutions that drive student outcomes. He previously spent more than two decades at Microsoft as Vice President of Worldwide Education, where he pioneered global initiatives including Live@EDU (Office 365), Partners in Learning, the Microsoft Innovative Educator program, and Showcase Schools. Anthony has also served on the boards of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Western Governors University, and Teach.org, and currently co-chairs the board of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.

Ramji Sundararajan
SVP & President, Consumer
Ramji Sundararajan is the Senior Vice President and President of our Consumer segment, having joined Coursera in May 2026 after serving as Udemy’s President of Consumer since August 2025. With more than 20 years of experience in driving transformational growth across B2C businesses, Ramji joined Udemy from McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in their Consumer Technology and Business building practices. He often stepped into interim executive roles such as Chief Product Officer and Chief Growth Officer for leading eCommerce, direct-to-consumer subscription and media companies. Ramji has driven the growth of B2C subscription businesses across multiple geographies including US, EMEA, Middle East and APAC. As an operator, he has a track record using AI powered personalization to improve engagement and growth of a video streaming platform and to improve monetization and growth of marketplaces. Ramji was a founder and Chief Operating Officer at ZALORA Group, Southeast Asia’s leading fashion e-commerce platform, where he led customer experience, operations, and growth strategies across seven countries, driving significant growth in its early years.

Patrick Supanc
SVP, Chief Product Officer
Patrick Supanc joined Coursera as Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer in June 2025, bringing over two decades of global leadership experience at the intersection of education, technology, and commerce. In this role, he leads Coursera’s global product strategy and development of innovative learning experiences to enable millions of learners and thousands of enterprise customers worldwide. Prior to Coursera, Patrick was a senior product executive and general manager at Amazon, where he led initiatives including subscription growth and benefit engagement for Prime in the U.S., the global execution of Prime Day and Black Friday, and the expansion of Amazon Hub’s pickup and return network to a dozen countries, attracting millions of new customers. He also led Higher Education products for Kindle, enhancing digital learning experiences for college and adult learners. Before Amazon, Patrick was a senior executive at Pearson, where he spearheaded adaptive learning solutions and launched the company’s first AI-powered learning app for college-aspiring students. He has also held leadership roles at Blackboard and served as an education specialist at the World Bank. Patrick holds degrees in public policy and international affairs from Princeton and Harvard and was a Fulbright Scholar in Chile.

Neeracha Taychakhoonavudh
SVP, Chief Customer Experience Officer
Neeracha Taychakhoonavudh is the Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Experience Officer at Coursera. Neeracha joined Coursera in May 2026 after serving as Udemy’s Chief Customer Experience Officer since April 2025. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a SaaS executive who has built and scaled high-performing customer success and go-to-market teams at high-growth global companies across industries. Before joining Udemy, she served as Chief Customer Officer at Asana from 2023. Before that, Neeracha spent 14 years at Salesforce in leadership roles spanning customer success, renewals, partner strategy, industry solutions, and sales operations. At Salesforce, she was most recently Executive Vice President, Global Customer Success, leading the company’s 4,000-person global Customer Success team, delivering consistently strong bookings growth and the company’s lowest attrition in history. Neeracha began her career at Oracle in finance, product marketing, and support. She holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics with honors from Stanford University.
