About The Role

What if your Italian voice could directly shape how AI speaks with millions of people around the world? We're looking for talented Italian-speaking voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping next-generation AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional setup, and a passion for quality audio performance.

Please note: This role supports AI speech development and does not involve any voice cloning activities.

What You'll Do

  • Record clear, high-fidelity Italian voice performances using provided scripts and prompts
  • Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, accuracy, expressiveness, and flow
  • Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice quality
  • Review and refine scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Full fluency in spoken Italian — native or near-native level
  • Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio performance roles
  • Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment
  • Able to deliver consistently engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances
  • Sharp ear for detail — you notice nuances in pronunciation, tone, pace, and clarity
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in broadcasting, podcasting, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over work
  • Familiarity with audio editing tools or recording software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition)
  • Exposure to regional Italian accents and dialects
  • Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
