NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The Coca-Cola x FIFA World Cup 26TM Panini Trading Card Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (“Eligibility Area”), who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have a web-enabled mobile device prior to the start date, and who meet all other requirements in these Official Rules (“Entrant”). If the Entrant is under the legal age of majority in their state/jurisdiction of primary residence (a "Minor"), one of the Entrant's parents or legal guardians agrees that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules on behalf of the Entrant and themselves. The Entrant must be a registered user of 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards, as further defined and described in Section 3 below, or through the use of a 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards card. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca-Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), 7-Eleven, Inc., Speedway LLC, Creative Zing Promotion Group, LLC, Coca-Cola bottlers, Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries, corporate employees, contractors, store employees, franchisees or franchise employees, parents, divisions, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Sweepstakes Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (and their parent/legal guardian’s if a Minor) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on June 23, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will consist of two (2) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as described below. Entry Period 1 begins at 12:00:01 am ET on April 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on May 26, 2026. Entry Period 2 beings at 12:00:01 am ET on May 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on June 23, 2026.
How to Enter in the Sweepstakes: The 7-Eleven, Inc. App (the "7-Eleven App"), the 7NOW App (the "7NOW App"), or the Speedway LLC (“Speedway”) App (the "Speedway App") are required for certain methods of Sweepstakes entry as detailed below. The 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, and Speedway App can be obtained for free by following the instructions to complete an account profile. Registered 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, and Speedway App users are automatically enrolled in 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards. Data rates may apply. Participation in 7REWARDS and use of the 7-Eleven App and 7NOW App are subject to 7-Eleven's Terms, available at https://www.7-eleven.com/terms, and Privacy Notice. Participation in Speedy Rewards and use of the Speedway App are subject to Speedway's Terms, available at https://www.speedway.com/about/terms-and-conditions, and the Speedway Privacy Notice. Individuals can opt out at any time; however, if an Entrant has OPTED OUT of email communications from 7-Eleven (if participating via 7REWARDS) or Speedway (if participating via Speedy Rewards) before the drawing date, such an individual will be excluded from notification as a potential winner of a Prize (as defined in Section 5). Entrants can review their communication settings in the 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, or Speedway App by clicking on the account icon in the upper right-hand corner, then navigating to Preferences 🡪 Notification or by logging in at www.7-eleven.com or www.sweedway.com and clicking on Account.
The following products qualify for the Sweepstakes (each a “Qualifying Product” and collectively the “Qualifying Products”): 20oz Coca-Cola®, 20oz Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar, 20oz Diet Coke®, or any size Coca-Cola® SLURPEE® or any size Coca-Cola® Big Gulp® drink.
Purchase Qualifying Products with 7REWARDS: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants must have their 7-Eleven App scanned or input their registered phone number via the consumer-facing display/PIN pad ("CFD") to access the corresponding 7REWARDS account when making a Qualified Purchase from 7-Eleven or Stripes or through 7NOW or the 7NOW App. The Entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“7-Eleven Entry”) per Qualifying Product purchased, up to a maximum of ten (10) 7-Eleven Entries per Day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. A “Day” is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period, starting at 12:00:01 am ET and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET.
Purchase Qualifying Products with Speedy Rewards: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants must have their Speedway App scanned or input their registered phone number via the CFD to access the corresponding Speedy Rewards account when making a Qualified Purchase from Speedway. The Entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Speedway Entry”) per Qualifying Product purchased, up to a maximum of ten (10) Speedway Entries per Day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
Mail-In Method of Entry (“AMOE Entry”): To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, Entrant must hand-print the following information on a 3” x 5” card: Entrant’s complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number (including area code), and date of birth, along with their 7REWARDS Member ID and the email address associated with their 7REWARDS account for 7REWARDS AMOE Entry or their Speedy Rewards Member ID and the email address associated Speedy Rewards account for Speedway Rewards AMOE Entry. Each 3” x 5” card must be mailed separately in an envelope, with sufficient postage affixed, to the following address: The Coca-Cola x FIFA World Cup 26TM Panini Trading Card Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7690, Melville, NY 11775- 7690 to receive up to ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes for each eligible AMOE Entry received (depending on whether the Entrant also entered via any of the other entry methods on the same Day). Limit ten (10) 7-Eleven AMOE Entries and ten (10) Speedway AMOE Entries per Day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Envelopes must be postmarked by June 23, 2026, and received by June 30, 2026, to be entered into the random drawing. AMOE Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or inaccurate, or submitted by any means which subvert the AMOE Entry process are void. AMOE Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
There is a limit of ten (10) 7-Eleven Entries and ten (10) Speedway Entries or ten (10) 7-Eleven AMOE Entries and ten (10) Speedway AMOE Entries per Day, regardless of the method of Entry or combined methods of Entry. 7-Eleven Entries, Speedway Entries, 7-Eleven AMOE Entries, and Speedway AMOE Entries will collectively be referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”.
Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations, or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the applicable 7REWARDS or Speedy account will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
Sweepstakes Random Drawings: Four thousand five hundred (4,500) potential winners (two thousand two hundred and fifty (2,250) per Entry Period) along with alternate winners, will be selected in separate random drawings on or about June 3, 2026 for Entry Period 1 and July 1, 2026 for Entry Period 2, from among all eligible Entries received during each respective Entry Period. The drawings will be conducted by the Administrator and their designee, which are independent judging organizations whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. Non-winning Entries for Entry Period 1 will be carried forward to Entry Period 2.
Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds of Winning a Prize:
The cumulative ARV of all available prizes is $224,775.
Prizes (4,500 total, 2,250 Per Entry Period): Five (5) FIFA World Cup™ trading card packs consisting of three (3) cards per pack valued at $9.99 each (“Prize”). ARV per Prize: $49.95 each Prize.
Actual style and colors of the Prizes and actual players on the cards are to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Administrator will fulfill Prizes to the mailing address, as provided on the Digital Release Form (defined in Section 8), within approximately 6-8 weeks of the claim date. Each Prize winner is solely responsible for providing their correct mailing address, including any apartment/suite number required for delivery, and the Released Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages resulting from incorrect address information.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
The Prize winners (or their parent or legal guardian if a winner is a Minor) are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash, or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except the Sponsor may substitute a Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit of one (1) Prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes.
The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
Winner Verification: All Prize winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator or their designee, and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Released Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s device relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment: Potential Prize winners will be notified via email and the potential Prize winner (or their parent or legal guardian if a Minor) will be required to complete a basic digital prize claim form (“Digital Release Form”) within three (3) business days in order to be confirmed as a Prize winner. If a potential Prize winner fails to respond to the email or complete the Digital Release Form within three (3) business days (or as directed), a notification email is returned as undeliverable, or a Prize winner is deemed to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, potential Prize winner shall be disqualified, the applicable Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected.
Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. If a potential Prize winner is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate (or their parent or legal guardian if the alternate is a Minor) must complete and return the required Digital Release Form in the timeframe specified. Up to five (5) alternates may be selected per Prize. Any Prize winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact the Administrator’s customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes Period ends (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Prize winner’s (or parent/legal guardian’s for any Minor) consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ and designees’ use of Prize winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further notice, permission, payment or consideration.
General Rules: Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Released Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address or that are not associated with a valid 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules will be disclosed. Released Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the Prize winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received for each Entry Period prior to cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Released Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, garbled. corrupted, or incomplete Entries, Prize claims, Prizes, or other communications of any kind or for postage-due mail. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Release of Liability: By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Prize winners (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant/Prize winner is a Minor) release and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity (including any activity related thereto).
Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or any app or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified, all Prizes won (if any) will be forfeited, and Entrant banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified and all Prizes (if any) will be forfeited. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.
Disputes: Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a Minor) agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from any and all Claims (“Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Sweepstakes Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
Privacy Notices: Information collected by 7-Eleven, Inc. and Speedway LLC in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with third parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes solely for the purpose of winner verification and prize fulfillment. Any information shared with Sponsor will be subject to the Sponsor’s online Privacy Notice posted at https://datatrust.coca-cola.com/us/en#privacy-notices. See 7-Eleven's Privacy Notice at https://www.7-eleven.com/privacy and Speedway's Privacy Notice at https://www.speedway.com/about/privacy-policy. The Entrant (or their parent/legal guardian if the Entrant is a Minor) agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by 7-Eleven, Inc., Speedway LLC, Sponsor, and Administrator for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.
