How the reports work?
You can have one or more reports with different settings to match different rating items and rating methods.
Each report can target a single rating item type (single post type, single taxonomy, or something like that), and use the single rating method (or method with series). But, it also allows setting additional arguments to filter down the list of eligible rating items (terms or authors for post types, publication date, and more).
When you run the report, it is added to the background queue. Each report in the queue is run and if needed split into threads to allow for server-controlled timeouts in PHP code execution. Export includes item ratings, an optional list of votes, and a rating overview (basic statistics with report arguments).

Each export contains several files for rating, votes, and overview.
JSON Format
With the popularity of JSON, it is very useful to have a list of JSON objects for export and maybe use it is custom-built software.
CSV Format
CSV format is most commonly used for tabular data organization and it can be used in all data manipulation programs.
Overview
The overview file is only available in JSON format due to the nature of the included data that can’t be presented in tabular form.
