Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.
Cynwise’s Warcraft Manual is nominally about PvP battlegrounds in the World of Warcraft. In practice there’s a lot of shop talk about the various class mechanics of my primary characters, especially Warlocks.
The site’s namesake, Cynwise, is my Warlock main on Durotan who is always up for a good fight — and fishing. There are a lot of aspects to WoW that she enjoys, so don’t be surprised if she doesn’t always stick to the stated topic of her weblog.
