Call it a hunch ... but Madonna's gonna perform Vogue this Sunday at the Super Bowl Halftime Show -- this according to several behind-the-scenes pics of the stage, obtained by TMZ.

The pics were snapped over the weekend in Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis -- while crew were testing stage lighting for the upcoming performance ... and you can clearly see the word "Vogue" lit up on the floor panels.

Nicki Minaj is rumored to be a part of the show as well. It's unclear what she'll be performing, but let's hope she knows how to let her body move to the music.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have been urged to get some serious counseling for the benefit of Nahla, but their marathon court hearing today was contentious and largely unproductive ... law enforcement sources connected with the case tell TMZ.

We've learned the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services submitted more than a dozen recommendations to the judge, including mediation ... in which a 3rd party would sit with Halle and Gabriel and try to figure out how they can peacefully raise their child.  We're told Halle was receptive but Gabriel wasn't.

And our sources say ... Halle agreed to continue her individual counseling, which will help her deal with what has become an impossible situation.

As for Gabriel, he's agreed to counseling for his anger issues.

And, as we first reported, both parties agreed today to send 3-year-old Nahla to counseling.

We're told the judge did not make any decision on the fate of the nanny, whom Gabriel wants fired.

And the judge hasn't ruled on Halle's request to keep Gabriel from Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course.

Sources say Gabriel has objected to most of the recommendations and the judge is on the verge of holding a full hearing -- similar to a trial -- so he can firmly call the shots.

Rumer Willis knows if her mother Demi Moore has entered a rehab center for substance abuse ... and Saturday night she MAY have revealed the truth on camera.

Rumer was arriving to Comme Ca restaurant in West Hollywood ... when a paparazzo asked her, "Is Demi in rehab?"

It sounds like Rumer says, "No" ... but her purse was over her face, so it's hard to tell if Rumer said the word ... or if it came from another woman in the area.

One of the "Fear Factor" contestants who drank donkey semen is finally breaking her silence -- claiming her spunk-chugging experience "was the hardest 15 minutes of my life."

Twins Brynne and Claire Odioso -- who competed on the episode -- called in to the Cowhead Show in Tampa today, describing the donkey splooge-o-rama in graphic detail.

According to Brynne, the twins got to choose who downed the semen and who drank the donkey urine -- Claire pulled the short straw.

According to Claire, producers left the semen sitting out all day in the hot sun -- and by the time she got to drinking it, it was boiling hot ... which made the smell unbearable.

Claire said it was extremely bitter going down ... "with hints of hay" -- and she vomited several times before successfully drinking the entire glass.

As for how the donkey stuff compares to the human variety -- Claire added, "It's a lot thicker."

Not that she knows from experience or anything.

Everybody relax ... WWE diva Kharma did NOT wrestle pregnant Sunday night at Royal Rumble 2012 -- TMZ has learned, she gave birth to her baby a few weeks ago ... and she's already back in ass-kicking shape.

Kharma -- real name Kia Stevens -- announced her pregnancy 8 months ago before going on maternity leave from the wrestling company.

There had been no mention of the wrestler since -- so when Kharma made her surprise return Sunday night, there was some speculation she was still knocked up when she entered the ring.

Others thought there might have been some complication with her pregnancy because she only made the announcement 8 months ago ... a month less than it takes to hatch a kid.

But all is well -- sources close to the wrestler tell us, Kharma gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Jamie on December 31st.

Kharma and her wrestler fiance -- the guy who bought her that awesome wrestling-ring ring last month -- are set to tie the knot in June. Mazel tov!

A.J. Lamas -- a reality show staple and son of Lorenzo Lamas -- has been accused by his ex-girlfriend of breaking into her home and holding her at bay in the bathroom.

Jessie Schulman filed legal docs asking for a restraining order, claiming she broke up with A.J. and moved on to a new relationship.

Jessie says on January 11 at 2 AM, she was at home with her boyfriend when A.J. suddenly appeared outside her window.  She says she yelled at him to leave, but instead he broke through the window screen and entered the house.

According to the legal docs, A.J. started yelling at Jessie and tried to lock the two of them in the bathroom so he could have a captive audience to speak his mind.

Jessie says she talked him into leaving the house, but before he made his exit he made a pit stop at the fridge and grabbed a bottle of liquor.

A.J. may know his whiskey, but he doesn't know Jack about relationships.

Michael Vick says his publicist's identity has been stolen -- claiming some stranger has been calling around New York for Fashion Week invites on the quarterback's behalf ... without his permission.

There are reports Vick put his rep on a powerdialing mission for NY Fashion Week invites next month -- but the NFL star's actual rep Chris Shigas tells TMZ ... he's being framed.

According to Shigas, neither he nor Vick has put in requests for invites to the giant citywide fashion events -- often attended by pro athletes like Amar'e Stoudemire.

Shigas adds, Vick doesn't even WANT to go to Fashion Week -- and if he finds out who's been making the phony phone calls ... they're in for trouble.

The stranger who appeared at Kim Kardashian's Beverly Hills mansion Sunday night told police he was convinced he had a LEGIT job interview scheduled with the reality show fam ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim called police late Sunday night when the guy showed up to the home with luggage, requesting to stay in her home.

When cops arrived to the scene, we're told officers explained there was no interview ... and told the man he was not allowed back to the property.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the man was genuinely convinced someone from KK's camp had set up a real deal interview with him for an opportunity to work on one of their reality shows.

Cops gave the man a trespassing warning ... and then drove him back to a local airport so he could book his flight home. 

It's unclear if the man was delusional ... or simply the victim of a cruel prank.

The famous mouth-shaped urinals in a Rolling Stones memorabilia museum in Germany are in hot water … after several women complained the pee receptacles are demeaning to females.

According to German reports, roughly 12 women have complained about the urinals … calling for their removal.

One angry lady claims her beef stems from the tongue … or lack thereof … saying, “If it had been based on the emblem of the Stones with the tongue, it would have been OK. But the tongue's been left out and they really look like women's mouths."

For the record, the urinals have been stirring up controversy for years – Virgin Airlines scrapped plans to install a pair at JFK airport in 2004. It’s unclear if they were modeled directly after the famous Stones logo.

Despite the pushback, the owner of the museum says he won’t budge … saying, “They were damned expensive and they're staying where they are … That's final."

Allen Iverson's bank account has been commandeered by a Georgia judge ... who's garnishing the former NBA star's earnings so A.I. can repay a 6-figure debt to his flashy GA jeweler.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ ... Iverson was sued back in 2010 for allegedly stiffing Aydin & Company Jewelers on a $375,000 bill.

The records show ... A.I. never responded to the lawsuit ... so a default judgement was issued in favor of the jewelry store ... allowing A&C to collect $859,896.46 for the bling, court costs, interest and attorneys fees.

But A.I. still didn't pay ... so earlier this month .. the judge signed off on an order which allows the store to recoup their loss directly from Iverson's Wells Fargo bank account.

So far, it's unclear if the store has received its money. Calls to Iverson's rep have not been returned.
