Heidi Klum will file for divorce from Seal ... TMZ has learned.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Heidi will file divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court as early as next week. We're told Heidi will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the divorce.
The couple married May 10, 2005. They have 3 biological kids. Seal adopted Heidi's eldest girl from a prior relationship.
The couple is famous for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary ... in a lavish ceremony.
As for splitting up the goodies, there's a lot on the line. According to Forbes, in the last year alone, Klum raked in $20 million. It's unclear how much Seal made.
Heidi attended last Sunday's Golden Globes without Seal. The last photo she tweeted with him was back on December 26.
It was merely a case of bad luck that led to Jay-Z's 40/40 Club racking up a slew of health code violations ... a rep for the club tells TMZ.
As we previously reported, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene cited the club big time Thursday night for a litany of violations ... which included several different instances of food being stored at improper temperatures.
But Ron Berkowitz, a rep for the club, tells TMZ the motor in one of the refrigerators blew just moments before the health inspector arrived ... causing the temperature in the fridge to rise. Berkowtiz says the staff identified the problem immediately and had no intention of serving the food from that fridge.
Berkowitz says the fridge was fixed by noon the next day and the club was permitted to re-open.
He adds ... the club lost no business as a result of the issue and their health code grade is currently pending review.

Sources close to the singer tell TMZ ... Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima was with Marc when a spot-on replica of Lady Liberty was tatted inside his right wrist on New Year's Eve in Miami. Marc's 17-year-old daughter Ariana (above, right) was also front and center.
We're told "Statue of Liberty" is Marc's pet name for Shannon ... because she "freed" him from his past. While he was at it -- Marc and Ariana also got unspecified matching tats on their outer wrists.

You're looking at the mangled remains of the bicycle Gene Hackman was riding when he was struck by a car last week ... remains that Hackman has decided to KEEP as a memento.
TMZ has learned ... Hackman's wrecked Trek mountain bike was brought to the Key Largo Bike Tours and Adventures shop days after the January 13 accident in the Florida Keys.
Sources tell us ... judging from the condition of the bike, it appears Hackman was hit from behind, because the back tire was almost completely folded in half from the impact.
We're told Hackman's people asked the shop to repair the bike ... and replace all of the damaged parts ... but they made it clear, Gene wants to KEEP all of the broken pieces ... including the twisted tire.
Total cost of the repairs are expected to run Hackman a few hundred bucks. Good thing he's rich.
You weren't the only one who Googled that smoking hot NBA cheerleader from "American Idol" this week -- THOUSANDS of other people did too ... and TMZ has learned, the massive surge in traffic crashed her manager's website.
In case you missed Wednesday's episode, the smokeshow's name is Brittany Kerr -- a cheerleader for the Charlotte Bobcats. J.Lo wasn't that impressed with her audition, but Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson eagerly handed the girl a ticket to Hollywood.
But the fanfare didn't end there ... a rep for Kerr's management company -- which hosts multiple photos of her on its website -- tells TMZ, its site was forced to shut down for hours after a massive surge in traffic crippled its servers.
But Kerr's management company wasn't the only thing affected ... photographer Jim Merrill -- who recently snapped Kerr in a bikini shoot -- tells TMZ, he had to scramble to buy additional bandwidth for his website to accommodate all the voyeurs.
Merrill tells us, he typically gets about 5,000 hits a month on his website -- but just moments after Kerr's audition, his traffic ballooned to 20,000 hits.

Jay-Z's 40/40 Club in New York City was shut down following a health code inspection that uncovered a slew of violations.
The violations, listed below and first reported by the NY Post, range from hot food being left out on the counter ... to a refrigerator being kept at 60° rather than the required 41° ... to a worker seen mixing salsa with his bare hands.
The club was scored 69 violation points, according to New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's website. A score of 28 or higher results in the dreaded C grade.
According to the paper, the club was closed Thursday night and new patrons were not allowed in -- the ones already inside were allowed to stay.
The Department of Health's website lists the restaurant as "closed by Health Dept." ... but the NY Post says it was open for business last night.

One of the stars of Showtime's reality program "Gigolos" -- about real-life male escorts in Vegas -- was arrested early Friday morning for felony domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, 31-year-old Jimmy Clabots -- who also starred in the movie "Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild!" -- had gotten into a verbal altercation with his girlfriend ... and it quickly got physical.
Cops were called -- and when they arrived on the scene, we're told police observed visible signs of injury on Jimmy's girlfriend.
Jimmy was arrested on the spot. He is currently in custody on $50,000 bail.

It looks like Ben Roethlisberger has bought his way out of a sticky legal situation ... by settling a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims the Pittsburgh Steelers QB forced her to have sex with him in 2008.
Lawyers for Roethlisberger and his accuser -- Andrea McNulty -- announced the two sides have reached an agreement which ends the lawsuit.
McNulty -- who worked at the Harrah's Hotel in Lake Tahoe at the time of the alleged incident -- had claimed Ben invited her into his penthouse suite to fix a broken TV ... and then raped her.
In her suit, McNulty claimed Ben became "stern," after the alleged rape ... kicked her out of the room and told her, "If anyone asks you, you fixed my television. You fixed my television. Now go!"
Ben adamantly denied all the allegations.
McNulty's lawyer also confirms they have dropped their case against multiple Harrah's employees McNulty had accused of covering up the alleged sexual assault.
