During the bar fight at the beginning of Uncharted 3, players can walk over to the dartboard and spot a newspaper on the bar. The headline of the paper reads "Scientists are still struggling to understand deadly fungus."
This is a reference to The Last of Us, an upcoming game about a world-ending fungus.

When you get to Marlowe's library in Chapter 5, you'll go through the cutscene, find the map and kill the guards. After that, leave the library, but as you exit take the staircase on your left to the second story of the library -- where you originally dropped down on the first guard. From there, go to the south side of the library and look over the railing. You'll see the croc suspended on the wall. Hop over the railing, and you'll be standing on him.

The Strange Relic is a reference to the Jak and Daxter Series and is in every Uncharted game.
In Uncharted 3, you can find it in Chapter 4. Before climbing down the cylindrical waterway in Chapter 4, climb the pipe directly to the right of the platform to a grate at the top. Snag the Precursor Orb and a Relic Finder Trophy as well.
