Khloe Kardashian is already preparing herself in case Lamar Odom gets traded out of Los Angeles ... and a source close to the family tells TMZ she's open to moving out of L.A. to be with her hubby.
Odom was supposed to be involved in a blockbuster trade for Chris Paul ... but the deal fell through late Thursday night. Still, there's still a chance L.O. could still be headed out of L.A. sometime soon.
We're told Khloe would follow Lamar anywhere ... but she would feel especially comfortable in New Orleans because the family spent TONS of time there when Kim was dating former Saints running back Reggie Bush ... and she already has a bunch of friends who live in town.
As for Khloe's reality TV career -- it seems she'd find a way to keep it going no matter where she and Lam Lam end up -- one source close to the family put it, "If only Reggie would have stayed in New Orleans ... it could have been Kim and Khloe take New Orleans."
The speculation is over ... Ice Cube has finally confirmed he's resurrecting the 'Friday' franchise ... telling TMZ the goal is to bring back the entire ORIGINAL cast ... including Chris Tucker.
A rep for Cube Vision Productions tells us ... “Absolutely yes the studio is in the process of getting the entire
original cast to do another 'Friday.'"
The statement continues, "[Ice Cube] is very excited
about this and has every intention to make it happen.”
Just last month, TMZ spoke with the musclebound behemoth who played DeBo ... who told us both he and Chris Tucker are down to reunite for the 4th installment of the 'Friday' franchise ... but they still have to work out their contracts.
Of course, nothing is ever official until the ink is dry -- and you know this ... MAN!
Although she once claimed to be a lesbian, controversial singer Sinead O'Connor celebrated her 45th birthday by marrying a man for the fourth time at a drive-thru wedding in Las Vegas yesterday.
Wearing a demure tattoo-revealing low-cut pink gown, Sinead walked down the aisle back of a Cadillac with fiancé Barry Herridge, 38, at the notorious Little White Wedding Chapel -- the same spot Britney Spears said I do to Jason Alexander in 2004.
As the happily married couple exited the chapel ... no one threw ripped up pics of the Pope.
Former Warrant singer Jani Lane died without divvying up his financial empire -- which could be a big problem .... considering he was worth about $600,000 at the time of his death.
According to court docs filed in connection with Jani's estate, the singer left behind no will when he died of alcohol poisoning in August -- and now, his oldest daughter has asked the court to approve an estate administrator to start figuring things out.
According to the docs, the 47-year-old's estate is valued at $600,000 -- though it's unclear exactly what it's made up of.
As for who's in contention for the goods -- Jani is survived by his wife and his two daughters ... but the mom of his second daughter could also make out with a share.
James Cameron is an idea stealing thief ... who ripped the story for "Avatar" from a science fiction nerd who once worked with Cameron's production company ... this according to a new lawsuit.
Cameron is being sued by a guy named Eric Ryder -- who claims back in 1997, he came up with a movie called "KRZ 2068" -- an "environmentally themed 3-D epic about a corporation's colonization and plundering of a distant moon's lush and wondrous natural setting."
Ryder claims the movie also involved "self-contained robotic exterior suits which house a single human operator" .... just like in "Avatar."
According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Ryder claims his reps pitched the movie idea to Cameron's production company back in 1999 ... and it was so well received, they had multiple serious meetings with high ranking execs about the development of the project.
But Ryder claims in 2002, the company officially shut down the project -- telling him, "No one would go see an environmentally themed feature length science fiction movie."
So when "Avatar" hit theaters in 2009 ... and made bazillions ... Ryder was furious.
In his suit, Ryder alleges he complained to Cameron's people in 2009 -- but when they finally got back to him earlier this year, they told him to kick rocks, claiming J.C. had written the story before 1999.
Ryder says Cameron's people are lying -- claiming there are way too many similarities between the two projects -- including Ryder's idea for one of the characters to be played by Sigourney Weaver.
Ryder is suing for unspecified damages -- probably a bloody fortune.
Attempts to reach Cameron's people were unsuccessful.
A Jagged Edge fan claims his favorite band stood him up at the altar last month ... when they failed to perform at his wedding -- but the group says he's simply pointing the finger at the wrong guys.
The groom at the center of the controversy is Victor Diaz ... who claims he wanted to surprise his fiancee by getting JE to perform their famous "Let's Get Married" song at their wedding on November 19. Diaz claims he reached an agreement with the band's reps ... and shelled out $10k for the deposit and other costs -- but the band never showed up.
But ... the band says they were never aware of the gig -- telling TMZ Diaz must have been dealing with someone who falsely posed as a representative of the band.
Diaz isn't buyin' it ... and believes the band decided to flake on the wedding when they got an offer for a higher paying gig on the same weekend.
Diaz says he's preparing to sue Jagged Edge, the record label and JE's management company -- telling TMZ, "They humiliated me and cost my wife her dream."
A rep for Jagged Edge tells us, "They are very heartbroken and sad that [Victor's] wedding got destroyed due someone using our name without permission."
The rep adds, "As far as court goes ... if the guy does decide to sue, good luck, because we didn’t agree to anything and he will see he had a forgery contract."

Alec Baldwin invoking 9/11 during a rant against the air industry was totally "inappropriate" ... and the widow of an American Airlines co-pilot killed in the tragedy thinks Baldwin should simply admit he was wrong.
TMZ spoke with Cheryl McGuinness Hutchins -- whose husband Tom was in the cockpit of the first plane to hit the World Trade Center.
Cheryl was reacting to Baldwin's blog -- in which he wrote, "I believe carriers and airports have used [9/11] as an excuse to make the air travel experience as inelegant as possible."
CMH tells us, "I absolutely think [Baldwin's statement] was an inappropriate comment to make" ... adding, "I believe airlines used what happened on 9/11 to increase security and
protect passengers as much as possible -- not to make traveling inelegant."
She continues, "If [Alec] did something inappropriate ... he shouldn’t have to point the finger
at a world tragedy. He should just take responsibility for his actions
and admit he should have gotten off the phone.”
A source close to Baldwin tells us, "Alec had absolutely no intention of offending families, victims or anyone else associated with the horrible tragedy of 9/11. He only referenced that date in relation to discussion of the resulting impact on the airline industry."
Kris Humphries helped federal prosecutors get a grand jury indictment against a wedding guest who ripped him off to the tune of $617,000.
Andrey C. Hicks allegedly bilked more than $2.5 million from a total of 10 investors by telling them he was pumping their cash into a billion dollar hedge fund ... that didn't exist.
According to the indictment, Hicks instead blew wads of cash on a 2011 black Range Rover, 12 luxury watches, one diamond engagement ring, two pairs of earrings, another gold ring with diamonds, one pair of silver cuff links ... and one silver men's ring.
The docs show Humphries anted up his $617 grand to the alleged
scammer on April 5. Four months later Hicks was sitting
right behind Kris and Kim Kardashian at the rehearsal dinner for their massive wedding.
A rep tells TMZ Kris "has been working with law enforcement authorities" ... and doesn't want to comment further until the case is resolved.
WWE honcho Vince McMahon strapped on some body armor ... grabbed some of his WWE Superstars ... and dropped in on the troops in Afghanistan last week ... and TMZ has the pics.
Vince -- along with the Bella Twins and tag team champ Kofi Kingston -- were escorted to a secret location to hang out with a bunch of brave men and women in uniform.
We're told the wrestlers hung out for a few days -- and everyone had a great time.
Vince wasn't scared about the outing -- since he's been visiting U.S. troops on various overseas military bases for the past 9 years.
Fun fact -- the photos are purposely framed so as not to reveal anything that might tip off where the American bases are located.
Jerry Sandusky's wife is standing behind her man ... claiming he NEVER raped any boys and insists all of his accusers are making up their stories.
For the first time since the allegations went public, Dottie Sandusky has released a statement through her husband's lawyer ... claiming she never witnessed Jerry sexually abusing anyone ... and doesn't believe any of the allegations.
In her statement Dottie says she's been "shocked and dismayed by the allegations made against Jerry."
She adds, "As the mother of six children, I have been devastated by these accusations. "
"Our children, our extended family and friends know how much Jerry and I
love kids and have always tried to help and care for them. We would
never do anything to hurt them. I am so sad anyone would make such a
terrible accusation which is absolutely untrue. We don't know why these
young men have made these false accusations, but we want everyone to
know they are untrue."
As we previously reported, Dottie helped bail her husband out of jail this morning after he was arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing two more young boys.
Charlie Sheen thinks his ex, Brooke Mueller, would never sell drugs because he gives her a ton of money -- but does wealth mean you can't sell drugs?
Plus … Kris Humphries gets a fix-up from Tony Siragusa, host of "Man Caves." Tony tells us all about the new toys he installed to help KH get over Kim K's "phat juicy ass."
Also Rick Perry thinks Barack Obama is waging "war against religion" -- and Howard E. Scott from War is pissed about the group's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame snub.
