Noel Sheppard calls Maher a “disgusting cretin,” and Donald Douglas at American Power remarks:

I don’t see Rachel Maddow, that great champion of the oppressed, putting up any objections. . . . Where’s the progressive outrage?

I’m sure the outraged progressives are too busy beating drums in their Occupy Wall Street protests to notice what Bill Maher says. And I’m sure Bill Maher is too busy beating something else to worry about anybody’s outrage.
